- 蓝牙相关信息：附近 Hisooth Resonance™ 设备的蓝牙名称、蓝牙设备标识、连接状态和专辑验证信息。我们使用这些信息进行设备搜索、连接和验证。
- 用户选择的图片：当用户更换头像时，本应用会处理用户主动选择的图片并上传至服务器。Google Play 版本使用系统图片选择器，不请求相机权限，也不请求 Android 13 及以上系统的广泛照片或视频访问权限。
- 通知和闹钟数据：为了在设定时间提醒用户，本应用会在设备本地保存必要的闹钟触发信息，并展示通知或全屏闹钟提醒。
2. 我们如何使用信息

3. 权限说明
本应用可能请求以下设备权限。我们只在实现相关功能所需时使用这些权限：
- 蓝牙 / 附近设备：用于搜索、连接和验证 Hisooth Resonance™ 设备。
- 位置权限：在部分 Android 系统中，蓝牙扫描需要位置权限。我们不会使用该权限持续追踪用户位置，也不会基于该权限建立用户行动轨迹。
- 通知权限：用于显示闹钟提醒、播放状态和必要通知。
- 闹钟和提醒权限：用于在用户设定的时间触发闹钟音乐提醒。
- 全屏通知、唤醒和前台媒体服务：用于闹钟响铃时展示高优先级提醒，并确保闹钟音乐可以播放。
- 图片选择权限：Google Play 版本通过系统图片选择器选择头像。Android 12 及以下系统可能需要有限的旧版存储读取权限，仅用于读取用户主动选择的头像图片。
- 网络权限：用于登录、注册、同步资料、上传头像、获取音乐和闹钟数据。
4. 信息共享
我们不会出售用户个人信息。我们可能在以下情况下共享或披露信息：
- 服务提供商：为提供服务器托管、数据存储、账号认证、文件上传、运维和技术支持等服务，必要信息可能由受托服务提供商处理。

5. 本地存储和数据保留
本应用会在设备本地保存登录令牌、用户 ID、语言设置、闹钟计划、闹钟音乐缓存和播放状态等必要数据。用户退出登录时，本应用会清除本地音乐播放状态和个人闹钟数据；用户删除账号或卸载应用后，本地数据也会随之清理或失效。
服务器上的账号资料、头像、专辑、闹钟和偏好信息通常会在账号有效期间保存。用户删除账号后，我们会删除或匿名化与账号相关的个人信息，除非法律法规要求或允许我们继续保留部分信息，例如安全、审计、争议处理或备份恢复所需的信息。

English Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Hisooth Resonance™ collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects user information. Hisooth Resonance™ provides healing music playback, alarm reminders, Bluetooth device verification, and user profile management.
1. Information We Collect
To provide the app's features, we may collect the following information:
- Account information: username, email address, password or authentication credentials, user ID, and login token.
- Profile information: avatar, gender, date of birth, country or region, and registration date.
- Registration and preference information: purpose of use, user-provided descriptions of expected therapy effects, and language settings.
- Music and alarm information: albums, music categories, music playback status, alarm time, repeat rules, selected alarm music, and alarm enabled status.
- Device and technical information: device identifier, operating system information, app version, system language, network status, and login device information.
- Bluetooth information: Bluetooth name, Bluetooth device identifier, connection status, and album verification information for nearby Hisooth Resonance™ devices.
- User-selected images: when you change your avatar, the app processes and uploads the image you select. The Google Play version uses the system photo picker and does not request camera permission or broad photo/video access on Android 13 and above.
- Notification and alarm data: the app stores necessary alarm trigger information locally on your device to display notifications and play alarm music at the time you set.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create, authenticate, and manage user accounts;
- Display and update your profile, avatar, country, gender, and date of birth;
- Sync your albums, music, alarms, and playback settings;
- Play healing music and play the selected music at your alarm time;
- Search for, connect to, and verify Hisooth Resonance™ Bluetooth devices;
- Send alarm notifications, background reminders, and necessary system notices;
- Maintain account security, prevent abnormal login activity, troubleshoot issues, and improve the service;
- Comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and safety requirements.
3. Permissions
The app may request the following device permissions only when needed for related features:
- Bluetooth / Nearby devices: used to search for, connect to, and verify Hisooth Resonance™ devices.
- Location: on some Android versions, Bluetooth scanning requires location permission. We do not use this permission for continuous location tracking or to build a movement profile.
- Notifications: used to show alarm reminders, playback status, and necessary notices.
- Alarms and reminders: used to trigger alarm music reminders at the time you set.
- Full-screen notification, wake lock, and foreground media service: used to show high-priority alarm reminders and keep alarm music playback working.
- Photo selection: the Google Play version uses the system photo picker. On Android 12 and below, limited legacy storage read permission may be used only to read the avatar image you actively select.
- Network: used for login, registration, profile sync, avatar upload, and retrieving music and alarm data.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share or disclose information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: trusted providers may process necessary information for server hosting, data storage, account authentication, file upload, operations, and technical support.
- Platform and system services: operating systems, app stores, and device platforms may process certain information according to their own rules to provide notifications, Bluetooth, photo picker, alarms, and app distribution features.
- Legal and safety reasons: we may disclose necessary information when required by law, regulators, courts, or to protect users, the developer, and the public.
- With your consent: in other situations where you give explicit consent.
5. Local Storage and Retention
The app stores necessary data locally on your device, such as login token, user ID, language settings, alarm schedules, alarm music cache, and playback status. When you log out, the app clears local music playback status and personal alarm data. Local data is also cleared or becomes unavailable when you delete your account or uninstall the app.
Server-side account profile, avatar, album, alarm, and preference information is generally retained while your account remains active. After you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legal, security, audit, dispute, or backup recovery purposes.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information, such as limiting unnecessary permissions, reducing local storage of sensitive data, using authentication tokens for access control, and restricting server access. However, no method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
7. Your Rights
You can view, modify, or delete certain profile information in the app, including avatar, username, email address, password, gender, date of birth, and country. You can also delete your account by choosing "Delete account" on the "My" page.

8. Children's Privacy
The app is not designed for children. If the laws in your region require parental consent for children to use online services, children should use the app only with parental consent and guidance. Depending on server deployment, app store distribution, and technical service needs, your information may be processed outside your country or region. We will make efforts to protect your information in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
